Wow!!!!

Well I havent written in a while but I have lots to say!!! Life has been kinda crazy but I learn something new everyday... Her lately I have been learning about comunication.... its not an easy thing to do but when it comes down to it its the only way you get closure. So my ex-boyfriend has finally decided to talk about the situation and I began to talk about some conflicts with other friends so I am actually beginning to like this whole honesty thing!!! LOL Well I am going to bed and I will write sooner!!!

Stressing Out!!!!!!!!

Here lately I have been very Stressed, VERY......... I fell behind on my school work and I now have to play catch up in order to graduate high school.and the fact that my uncle from Georgia is coming to stay with us untl he can find a place to live here in town is kinda stressing. My mom has decided to paint the house, you kow all the stuff she was gonna do but put off until my uncle said he ws coming... so she is paint and moving my best freind out of her room into the other room, the one she is painting. Its all a bunch of stuff to do, but with time it will happen.

Your only 18 once!!!!!!

I decided last night that your only 18 once.....so that is what we did!!!! we had a blast liast night. My best friend and I went to the Boardwalk to see a late movie, cuz in Shreveport you cant be out late unless you're 18 and older. So we went to a late movie and just hung out, it was so much fun. We talked to a cop that was there and a guy who works at the theater. We had a wonerdful time......it was I think one of the funnest times we had together. So like I said, YOU'RE ONLY 18 ONCE!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday To Me!!!!

Tomorrow is my 18th birthday!!!!!!!!! I am so excited to finally have another Birthday........ I hope it is a wonderful day!!!!!

I am an aunt!!!

This is my new nephew... he weighs 7 and a half pounds and is 19 and three quarter inches long.... and a cutie if I might say!!!! He was born yesterday afternoon. We are so excited... i am going to get him hooked on shoes.. which my sister-in-law thinks is weird for a guy. But I dont think so. Oh.. His name is Aaron Joshua Ward.

School, School, School

Well, another school year has begun and I am still not done with last years yearbook..... But that is ok cuz I am gonna finish it soon. I, well my mom, decided that it was time for us to give it to someone else this year. So I have been training a girl to take it over. Which is not what I want to do but it ia what is best for everyone. So hopefully it will be done soon and my job will be over and no more stress in that aspect of my life.

Friends

What are friends for?? Well.... just about everything. My best friend and I went today and got our nails done and went to luch, something we havent done in a very long time. It was really nice to be able to go out and just have a good time. And.... we got our lunch free!! The guy gave us our sandwitches for free because their credit card machnine was broken.... i think he was flirting.... lol. Anyway... it was alot of fun and we havent got to do that in a while..... What are frineds for??

Hard day

Wow!! what a day we had yesterday.... My mom had to fire my entire yearbook staff... so now its me and my assistant editor, and of course my mom. The reason was, the two girls had made a page that had some pictures on it of me and my family, the page said that if we wanted to take pictures of our family and friends.... to get our own camera. Well, little did they know but those pictures were taken with our camera. The camera that I use sometimes for the school. But the fact of the matter is, they had no right to do that and hurt me very much. So I told my principal and my mom and they took care of it. It was a very hard day, but i got throught it.

Deadlines

I have hit my deadline! I am supposed to have the yearbook done by next week and it still is not done. Seems like there is so much more to do... Even though I am a procrastinator, we will have it done by Thursday of next week!!

Finding Myself

For a while now I have been trying to take back control of my life, stand on my own two feet and be secure in who I am. It has been a challenge but I am getting there. I know now that I can control my emotions and myself. Ever since Joe, my ex, walked out it has been a journey for me to find out who I am. To learn to be secure in who I am. Trying to not let that one person control my emotions has been a challenge, but with much prayer I have come to the place where I know for sure that I can. I can stand on my own two feet and take control of my life. even though it, my life, is crazy. It was once said by Alfred Tennyson... "It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all" I beleive that is true. Yet still I am a constant journey to find myself.

What a car!!

The other day, while I was driving to work the funniest thing happened to me. I was sitting at a red light with my windows down, and my radio on, not really loud cuz, of course i didn't want to bother anyone. Then this blue 2007 or 08, I'm not sure, pulled up next to me. The guy rolled down his window and looked at me with that smirk that guys get, you know. Well he said " How about your phone number?" and i looked at him and said, "How about NOT!" You could tell the guy was not happy with that answer. So when the light turned green he revved his engine and speed off the line. Well, my car doesn't go as fast as other cars, but when you get into 5th gear it will go just as fast. So when I got up to speed, I sped right past that moron!! OH boy as it funny!! I called my best friend and told her. Her reaction... "I am so driving your car!!" When something like that happens... i just laugh, well... because you never think that would happen to you!!

God sends

Sometimes just when you need a little encouragement, you may think that certain people dont care, but then they do something. They might send a card with a little note that says "I love you and just hang in there" Thats when you know that they do care. They are.......well a God send, people that you know will be there even when you think they wont. It has once been said, that you can count the number of people you can count on in your life on one hand............. That has over and over been proved, especially in my life.

Funny People

Today at work I had something funny happen, well I thought it was funny. You know how old people aren't really into that whole technology thing, well today I found someone that was. This old lady came through the drive thru and order what most of the older people order, a
Chick-Fil-A sandwich and a drink. Well when someone old comes through, you dont expect this; this older lady was talking on the cell phone with a bluetooth headset in her ear. I looked and just laughed, cuz i thought it was funny.

I love my job......

The past couple days I have decided to actually kick this whole yearbook from last year in gear.... So i sat down and organized my thoughts and paperwork and all that jazz. I left a list with my other two girls to work on it at the school. I told them to call me if they have any problems, not thinking they would actually call, I have had five different calls from them asking me how to do this and how do do that. Man, oh man, I just love being the editor. Ofc ourse it does help to be sarcastic sometimes. Because then you can have some fun.

Sometimes people just drive me crazy. Tonight at work was crazy, not only was it busy but when the end of the night came around and getting ready to close, well...... we'll just say that it was crazy. But it was a night that is all I can say.

Yearbook Craziness

It's that time... well actually it was supposed to be done in June, oh I forgot to say I am the yearbook editor at my school. i have a staff of three people, me and two other girls at my school. And the fact that I am OCD and have to have stuff a certain way isnt helpful. But anyway i am trying real hard to get it done with just me and my mom and trying to mesh everyone elses schedule. but we are trying.

Kitten joys

I jusy love kittens!! this one is mine... they are just so much fun to sit and watch. Oliver and his brothers and sister are so playful at this age, seven weeks today, they prance around and wrestle with each other... its just so cute I love it. Nestle, the momma cat, just got fixed, so they still think they can nurse and they try, which is quite funny.. but nevertheless they are cute and i love them.
